If you wish to return an item(s), please do the following: 1.

Please fill in our withdrawal form and attach it to the products you send back. You can find it
 here

2. In case of general cancellation of an order, you are responsible for the return of your order - i.e. you have to buy a return label yourself. We recommend that you use GLS, as the package should be sent directly to us. 
NOTE:
We do not pick up packages in parcel shops i.e. if the package is passed on to a parcel shop, you will be able to have it redirected to us yourself.

If you should have received an item(s) with defects or defects, please contact us by email. We need to know what the fault or defect is as well as your order number. We will then send you an email with the information you need. 



General conditions for return

When we receive your return package, we will refund the amount on the same payment card used to complete the order. We will refund the amount as soon as possible.

We do not exchange returned goods. If you want a different colour/size/model, we ask that you order the new product via our webshop. Then you know right away if what you want is in stock and do not have to wait for the processing of your return item.

Complaints

If you wish to advertise an item, please send an email to info@rainwearoutlet.dk Remember the following information in your email:

1. E-mail: Provide the e-mail address used when placing an order

2. Web order number: Provide your web order number. (You will find the web order number of the order confirmation you received when you purchased through our webshop.)

3. Attach pictures: To facilitate the handling of your complaint, we ask you to attach pictures of the error. 

4. Return label: We will send you a return label by email, which you simply need to print and send on the return box. 

We will then send you an email with the information you need to return your item with GLS.


Our complaints rules for purchases on www.rainwearoutlet.com:

When you shop on www.rainwear-outlet.dk you have 2 years warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged or the money back, depending on the specific situation. This means that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of improper use of the product or other harmful behaviour. Advertising must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the item. If advertising is made within 2 months of the defect being discovered, the complaint will be timely. If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in safe packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipment so that we can refund your shipping costs. When you return the item, please enclose a detailed description of the problem, you can use our
